The exhibition, composed by over 1,100 manufacturers of leather and miscellaneous components, represents one of our national excellences in fashion and luxury, completed by 40 more nations, visited by 110 countries.
One of LINEAPELLE‘s qualifying aspects is attracting new visitors: 40-42% of companies attending to examine goods and proposals is going there for the first time. This demonstrates freshness and enthusiasm by trade operators, gathering around the event and coming from all continents.
The current rhythm of applications for the trade show (Rho-Pero, next 10-12 September) is impressing: four times more than in the past.
The organizers are expecting a boom of registrations from abroad: griffes, multinational companies, leather goods and footwear manufacturers, garment makers, car interiors, home furnishing, researchers, designers, emerging names.
Milan will be the meeting point for an industry counting over 50 thousand enterprises, 1 million operators, 115 billion turnover in USD for the leather sector worldwide.
In particular, Italian tanneries are absolute leaders: 65% of the European and 17% of the world product. It is the main exporter, as well as a protagonist in raw materials purchasing. Its exhibiting strategy, apart from appearing promising, is an aggregating factor for the swarming, vital array of small and medium enterprises, committed to our made in Italy.
